Maine Conservation Corps Environmental Steward


Tyler joined BRI in early 2018, and is working at our River Point Bird Observatory banding songbirds and assisting with on-site research projects, conservation, and outreach efforts.

Tyler's interest in conservation biology sparked as an undergrad at the Richard Stockton University of New Jersey. Since graduating, he has worked as a field biologist up and down the east coast monitoring shorebirds, waterbirds, and migratory song birds from Florida to Maine, and assisting with numerous conservation initiatives with state and federal agencies, NGO's, and academic institutions.
